Mike's appointment allows Presence Technology to focus his considerable sales management experience on the North America market. Presence opened its US office and began many strategic alliances to deliver a Best in Class Contact Center Solutions in 2008. Presence has 190 plus clients worldwide, 35% in North and South America. CEO, Araceli Aranda said the appointment of Mike Mandato is an important step in the company's growth plans.
