Gryphon Network's PrivacyAdvisor Integrates with Oracle CRM On Demand
Gryphon Networks, a provider of on-demand contact governance solutions, announced that its PrivacyAdvisor for Oracle (News - Alert) CRM On Demand 3.2 solution has achieved Oracle Validated Integration with Oracle CRM On Demand Release 16.
PrivacyAdvisor from Gryphon Networks integrates with Oracle CRM On Demand to help Gryphon Networks deliver 100 percent compliance in real time across all channels by offering a universal visual reference that identifies which prospects are “OK to Contact,” company officials stated.
Gryphon Networks’ PrivacyAdvisor offers bulk certification to run a marketing or sales campaign and to ensure that the campaign will honor all legal and customer communication preferences.
Company officials say Oracle CRM On Demand driven campaigns are more effective because of the preference given in honoring customer contact. The 100 percent compliance guarantee of Gryphon and complex Do-Not-Contact regulations allow companies to protect their brand reputation and avoid fines that can reach $16,000 per contact.
Management of solutions is easier, faster and less expensive because Oracle CRM On Demand integrates management of customer preferences, opt-ins and opt-outs, officials at Gryphon Networks said.
PrivacyAdvisor utilizes information about prior business relationships and other “exemptions” to reduce list over-suppression and increase the size of prospect lists. It has been tested and recently achieved Oracle Validated Integration through the Oracle PartnerNetwork with Oracle CRM On Demand.
With this process, Oracle verifies that all integrations into its applications and services conform to Oracle best practices, work as expected and meet the high quality standards customers expect from Oracle products.
Features of the PrivacyAdvisor integration include contact details, Web applet, simplicity and certification. PrivacyAdvisor integrates and displays the contact status via the visual traffic light in the Lead view, using standard Oracle CRM On Demand page layout capabilities. It also offers a customized applet displaying the traffic light. Users can simply integrate the PrivacyAdvisor applet into any available brick for the location that meets their needs.
Access to Gryphon’s MainStreet platform helps ensure Gryphon’s 100 percent warranted consumer contact compliance, eliminating the risks, costs and complexities associated with legally contacting a person via a preferred channel.
The company views that the ability to certify a group of contacts or leads from within the application using the standard Oracle CRM On Demand user interface is paradigm-shifting technology.
Users can identify instantly if a group of people that meet specific selection criteria is contactable or not. This eliminates the need to export or “scrub” lists, saving time and money.
Back in June, Gryphon announced it has enhanced PrivacyAdvisor to deliver guaranteed compliance and preference management directly integrated with Salesforce CRM.
