Esker Strengthens R&D Team

Esker cloud computing solution provided many benefits such as hosted rules and document management, 10 million monthly pages handled worldwide by Esker's mail, fax, e-mail and SMS infrastructure, an automation rules engine, which runs on several hundred mainframes, various Web services allowing platform document submission and retrieval and process automation solutions (sales orders, customer and vendor invoices).

In April 2009, The Manitowoc Company, Inc., a provider of lifting equipment for the global construction industry, selected Esker on Demand Fax Services to automate delivery of documents within the procure-to-pay cycle. Manitowoc chose Esker on Demand Fax Services as part of its core SAP (News - Alert) implementation across all regions, starting with Portugal and then rolling out to the United States, France and other European subsidiaries.
