Premier Technologies to Acquire Veteran Business Development Manager

Premier Technologies, leading provider of hosted contact center solutions appointed Marusic to its expanding sales team. He will be responsible for promoting Premier’s hosted contact center offering, as well as identifying a diverse range of strategies and solutions to solve business challenges.
Based in Melbourne, Marusic has been involved with the industry since the early 1990s, having commenced his career as a developer for one of the market’s first ACDs. He has been the Asia Pacific Delivery Manager, Telecommunications Systems, for Ericsson (News
- Alert), and as Business Development Manager for Ascend Communications and Lucent Technologies.
Premier Technologies CEO, Fausto Marasco welcomed Marusic and said that the wealth of experience that he brought with him was invaluable. As a member of the hosted contact center team, he was bound to help Premier develop improved business solutions to deliver even more successful customer interactions in the contact center environment, and his strong motivation to respond to customer challenges was vital to increase the growing awareness of their hosted services to contact centers.
