Capital ID's ID Manager Released as Software as a Service
Capital ID has released its ID manager suite as Software as a Service (SaaS (News
- Alert)). To support the marketing life cycle, the SaaS version of the software comprises the basic applications and is suited for companies that are looking to use this software without much customization.
The ID manager Marketing Lifecycle Suite from Capital ID comprises six differentiated but fully integrated applications and is designed around the way a marketer works. These applications include Planning & Budgeting, Creative Development, Asset Management, Production Management, Campaign Management, and Performance Management.
Allowing customers to efficiently execute marketing activities, the software platform ID manager organizes and automates the complete marketing logistics process. The software allows customers to better cope with the wide selection of channels, products and different needs. Many companies already use ID manager software at the international level. Instead of buying the complete software platform, companies subscribe to the online internet service offered by Capital ID and only pay a monthly fee.
“With this new service we meet the market demands of smaller organizations,” said Dennis Steen, CEO of Capital ID. "They are aware of the benefits of ID manager but generally don't need customization or full potential use of ID manager. By using a monthly subscription to the SaaS version of ID manager, they can take advantage of best practices in managing marketing activities.”
Capital ID offers application management, including backup, maintenance and installation of new versions and updates, user administration and preventing unauthorized access. The company’s ID manager software was developed in-house and services are offered in marketing operations management (MOM) and digital asset management (DAM) domains.
