Contact Center Solutions: New Web-Based CRM Solution from Strategic Empowers KaMin LLC

Strategic Sales Systems is a select Sage SalesLogix Partner providing technology and business consulting services that focuses on customers' CRM needs, and relationships with their customers. It plans to implement Sage SalesLogix for KaMin LLC, a manufacturer of kaolin clay.


KaMin LLC is a spin-off from J.M. Huber Corporation and functions as a separate entity. In search for a CRM solution that would suit its requirements, KaMin LLC performed due diligence before selection. This, it did, in spite of the fact that J.M. Huber had relied on Strategic Sales Systems and Sage SalesLogix, a product with specialized industrial applications.

Sage SalesLogix Web offers the best of SaaS (News - Alert) and on-premise CRM systems. Strategic Sales Systems administers the software, which is hosted on a co-located server, reducing KaMin's IT burden, yet allows the company to retain full ownership and control of its data.   

In a press release, Senad Hadzic, CIO of KaMin indicated that they had looked at other CRM packages and other providers, and had settled for Strategic Sales. He said, “But we highly value the knowledge Strategic Sales has of our business and our business processes. The relationship we had built with them is advantageous, and we trust them to lead us in the right direction. That's why we selected Sage SalesLogix and Strategic Sales for our new operation.”

He further added, “We have predictable cost of ownership, mobile access for our sales force, and broad customization capabilities, it's ideal.”

Marlene Beck, senior manager of business application services for KaMin, explains that more than 50 users access Sage SalesLogix from across North America and Europe: “We manage contacts and opportunities very effectively in the software. Strategic Sales customized the system to allow us to track samples we send to prospects. We've gained a very high level of sophistication in our sales process.”

With combined experience of over 60 years integrating CRM and Business Intelligence systems, Strategic Sales provides CRM solutions customized to their specific needs. Multiple CRM systems, an extensive list of enhancements, and superior integration skills allow it to empower organizations with the information it needs to be more effective while improving the customer experience.

In a related news release, Strategic Sales Systems announced another successful implementation of Sage SalesLogix, this time for Tension Envelope Corporation, one of the country’s leading manufacturers of envelope products.
