Motive Systems Introduces Cloud-based Document-Driven CRM
The availability of M-Files for Salesforce CRM for deployment on AppExchange 2 has been announced by Motive Systems. Tightly integrated with Salesforce CRM, M-Files for Salesforce CRM is a cloud-based, professional document management solution. M-Files easy document management software and the Cloud-based document management service M-Files Cloud Vault have been developed by Motive Systems.
M-Files for Salesforce CRM has been built using the enterprise cloud-computing platform, Force.com. Purchasing or configuring a server is not required as M-Files for Salesforce CRM runs in the cloud. An on-premise version of M-Files for Salesforce CRM is also available. This is suitable for companies with massive amounts of documents or for companies with specific security policies to store documents behind the company firewall.
The efficiency and productivity of sales and service teams who use Salesforce CRM is improved with M-Files for Salesforce CRM. All customer-related documents are organized and managed by the solution. The document has to be only tagged to related records in Salesforce CRM. The Salesforce CRM user interface can be then used to easily locate any important customer-related document. Without launching Salesforce CRM, the familiar Windows Explorer interface of M-Files can also be used to directly access any document or Salesforce record.
In a press release, Greg Milliken (News - Alert), president of Motive Systems, said, “Documents are one of the key drivers in a customer relationship, for instance, an email, proposal or contract, can initiate or consummate the relationship; however, document management is usually an afterthought in CRM systems.”
According to Milliken, the manner in which businesses of all sizes manage their customer relationships has been revolutionized by Salesforce CRM. However, document handling has not been designed by these CRM systems. With M-Files for Salesforce CRM, documents have become an integral component of the CRM system.
Milliken added that apart from increase in sales and service team productivity, the businesses’ investment in CRM will also be maximized. The company is trying to make this document-driven CRM affordable and accessible to all Salesforce CRM users.
M-Files for Salesforce CRM can be deployed on AppExchange 2 for as low as $39 per month per user. The on-premise version of M-Files for Salesforce CRM is available as a paid-up software license.
