ConnectWise Recognized as One of the Best Channel Vendors
ConnectWise, a business management solution designed exclusively for IT service providers, VARs and MSPs, was selected as one of the best channel vendors by Business Solutions readers.
Business Solutions magazine, from mid-September through early October, conducted a Web-based survey of its VAR subscribers. During this survey, the subscribers were asked to rate their vendor partners in the following seven categories: service and support, channel commitment, channel program, product features, product reliability, product innovation and VAR margins.
In the survey, a total of 11,504 votes were cast which was one of the largest surveys of its kind. Out of these, only the top 5 percent of vendors in each surveyed technology category were selected as Best Channel Vendors. In the Managed Services category for being Channel Friendly and for Product Features, ConnectWise (News - Alert) scored the highest votes.
"Being recognized by votes from solution providers is by far the best recognition we could possibly hope for. No one understands the strength of our tools, knowledge, services and support more than those who use it to run their businesses," said Arnie Bellini, CEO of ConnectWise, in a press release. "We look forward to providing even more inspiration, innovation and improved business value to our partners throughout the upcoming year and beyond."
