AuraPortal Debuts the Marketing Campaigns Module

May 18, 2011

Using the technique of template oriented Pattern Processes, AuraPortal, a global provider of Business Process Management (BPM) has included the MC (Marketing Campaigns) Module in its Suite of Business Process Management.

Usually, the Pattern Processes provide all the features that can be found in any application. But they can be adapted to the exact needs of the organization as their design is based on processes that are created in such a way that they can be modified at any moment by the business personnel. According to AuraPortal, this can also be done much more economically.

AuraPortal is a real Business Process Platform, 100% Web-based, where a set of 6 essential applications share the same environment in a seamless integration and friendly way.

Offering general marketing and direct marketing programs for prospects and customers depending on the determined profiles (up-selling and cross-selling), MC (Marketing Campaigns) is a Pattern Process for the design and automatic follow-up of all types of campaigns. Along with the ability to analyze the results of the campaigns with a great variety of channels, it also provides both offline as well as online analytical abilities.

The module can be used for the design, follow-up, and control of other projects of any type that are different from the marketing campaigns as it is based on the concept of Standardized Projects of AuraPortal. The company also states that these modules have the structure and know-how incorporated in the actual Pattern Process, the company stated in a press release.

Recently, AuraPortal released the WIP (Wide Interaction Platform), which allows integrated process communications with all external web users to the company. The company stated that the WIP module of AuraPortal has been designed for the integration of internal business processes of the company with a public Web site on the Internet. This integration has been divided into two phases: Visitor Registration and Use of the Platform, the company stated in a press release.
