SAManage Unveils SAManage Remote Support
SAManage has partnered with NTRglobalto to introduce SAManage Remote Support, an integrated remote access solution, the company has announced.

While SAManage Remote Support is expected to be quickly embraced by users, SAManage's mobile solution suite is poised to bring a new dimension of power and convenience to IT asset and service management. SAManage engineers have been careful to ensure that it dovetails perfectly with the company's anywhere, any device mobile philosophy, in developing the new remote support system in partnership with NTRglobal.

SAManage Remote Support, powered by NTRglobal is designed for service desk users and improves the productivity and workflow efficiency of service desk agents. This cloud-based, always-on support tool allows the service desk staff to initiate secure remote connections from anywhere. By reducing customer support costs and speeding issue resolution, the IT staff can view its desktop and interact with it as if it were connected to a local network, once connected to a remote system.
Recently, the company announced the launch of its latest SaaS based IT management solutions with Winvale for the US public sector. The partnership will enable SAManage to make its products available to federal, state, and local government agencies, as well as the US public sector. These sectors will now have access to SAManage’s cutting-edge IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions on Winvale’s GSA (News - Alert) Information Technology Schedule GS-35F-0074S and on apps.gov.
