Bestoutcome Joins Hands with SugarCRM to Boost Revenue from SugarCRM Activities
Bestoutcome, a provider of PM3 (project management software tool) and Programme and Project Management Company, has announced a business partnership with SugarCRM (News - Alert). The new partnership will help Bestoutcome generate revenue of 30% and more from SugarCRM activities.
Customer relationship management (CRM) has been adopted by the various industries as it enables strategic management of customer interaction and for clients and sales prospects. CRM solutions integrate technological advancements to help enterprises better syndicate, organize and automate their business processes. While CRM was essentially developed to provide sales forces with instant access to information, the tool has been widely deployed to enhance support for marketing divisions, customer service, and technical requirements. CRM provides a comprehensive customer-interface tool and incorporates practices which can advance and optimize ways to bring in clients, both old and new. Businesses can benefit from a reduction in costs of marketing and customer service.

- Alert) Group estimates that the CRM market generated revenue of $9.1 billion in 2008 and is expected to touch the $13 billion mark by 2013. The industry has benefited largely from the introduction of technological breakthroughs, capable of arming sales forces with essential information quickly.
