Meltwater Buzz Engage Social Marketing Tool for Businesses Unveiled
The Meltwater Group announced that Meltwater Buzz Engage, a new module in the Meltwater Buzz product suite, is available now.
In a release Niklas de Besche, executive director of Meltwater Buzz, said, “Social media has put the customer in the power position, and influencers have sprouted all over the social Web.”

According to officials, the Meltwater Group is a social media and news monitoring company. The new Engage solution is capable of bringing together the social CRM and business offerings of the JitterJam product and the social media monitoring and analysis capabilities of Meltwater Buzz.

Meltwater Buzz Engage is a social marketing tool for businesses, brands and agencies. Engage helps businesses to manage their social presence and also engage with customers. The detailed social profiles provided by the platform helps brands to communicate on a given brand or topic over social channels.
Engage also offers social tagging facilities besides including inbound social communications aimed at targeted engagement for instigating fast action and response. Brands will benefit from detailed measurement and advanced conversation analysis tools, added officials.
It was emphasized that Engage assists companies in developing a personal and trusted relationship with customers as it relies on its capabilities to focus on specific individuals within a community and not a generic topic.
Meltwater Buzz Engage offers a comprehensive social profile on each social author including their full public social biographies, social activity analysis, a social graph with alternate social identities, communication history and other details. It also features a social inbox that houses all inbound social communications for immediate action and response.
Other features include a communications calendar to review outbound communications sent and scheduled, conversation analysis and social tagging that allows a brand to segment and tag (News - Alert) individuals and groups of individuals with common features. Further message effectiveness is strengthened via the detailed measurement and analysis of social activity, explained officials.
