Null Joins Chatter Box as Chief Operating Officer

Chatter Box Call Center, a Business and Knowledge Process Outsourcing Technology / IT company, announced that Lawrence Null has joined the company as the new Chief Operating Officer.

 

Null brings over 18 years of experience in the call center and software space to Chatter Box's management team, company officials said. He has deep experience managing call centers and building out client bases to increase seat utilization.

 

Prior to joining Chatter Box, Null worked as Director of Operations for Nirvana Business Solutions and CEO APAC for TLI Software.

 

During his career, Null has been instrumental in bringing $100 million of campaigns to the Philippines and India consisting mostly of Fortune 500 and 2000 companies, according to official sources.

 

Chatter Box hopes that with this kind of industry experience, Null will be able to create a synergy with the company's acquisitions as well as bring new acquisitions to the table. Management feels his skill set will help propel the company's revenue and bottom line. His leadership will also provide its shareholders with a person they can feel confident in, the company said.

Recently, Chatter Box announced that it is acquiring LCI Solution’s facility in the Philippines. LCI specializes in the setting up or relocating of BPO companies and has a proven track record in business development in the BPO space throughout the Philippines.
