Call Center Integrated into BBH Solutions' Cloud Environment

August 01, 2011

Cloud hosting services for the call center are being provided by BBH Solutions from their Network Operations Center or NOC (News - Alert). BBH Solutions continues to be at the top in providing cloud hosted voice, data, and video applications in the region. An announcement in this regard has been made by New York City provider of converged network solutions and IT managed services, BBH Solutions.

Several hundred call agents are accommodated simultaneously by the technology infrastructure of the call center operation. Centers located throughout the United States are supported by the system. Predictive dialing, call routing, and a number of advanced data services are some of the features of the system.

According to Bruce Hoernecke, President and CEO of BBH Solutions, the company is excited to host the call center in their cloud. Each cloud migration is unique, added Hoernecke.

In a release, Hoernecke said, "For this project, our client recognized that they needed a partner that has extensive skill sets with all of the technologies involved in their solution. In addition, the burden of redundant power requirements, backup power, cooling, and multi-carrier redundancy all factored into their decision to rely on us to design and engineer this system in our own facility."

According to Hoernecke, an attractive economic driver was created with BBH Solutions using their data center to provide these services.

Businesses are able to utilize the powerful and secure resources of a service provider with cloud computing. These resources can be used to host technology applications and data storage. On demand, end users are then delivered applications like VoIP, video conferencing, email, and office productivity programs. Alternatively, these applications are delivered “as-a-service”. Using a number of secure connection types, users can access these applications from anywhere on the globe.

Cloud integration and hosting services are offered by BBH Solutions from their secure, SAS (News - Alert) 70 Type II NOC. High availability of services is ensured as the NOC is monitored 24x7x365. A predictable monthly cost model can be relied upon by customers for their IT applications.
