CallFire's New Feature Allows For Interactive Telephony at Your Fingertips
Building phone trees, virtual receptionists or custom appointment reminders is no longer the prerogative of the tech-savvy genre, as CallFire's latest addition the "Build My IVR" feature recently added its Hosted IVR service has simplified the art of IVR designing.. The new addition was in response to customer's demands and suggestions.
IVR stands for "Interactive Voice Response,” which allows systems to read custom information using text-to-speech or by detecting keypad inputs. Normally, building an IVR is not a simple task and as more advanced capabilities are added, it only gets more complicated and confusing.
However, CallFire claims that it’s efficient "Build My IVR" makes this task a breeze. Using the text-to-speech option, users can record the messages and then by making use of the drag-and-drop interface, they can just about build almost anything they want. So much so that they can even attach it to a CallFire toll free or local number.
The company stated that CallFire IVR experts are always willing to lend a helping hand to assist customers in the creation process. For a limited time, their services are offered for free.
TJ Thinakaran, COO of CallFire is sure the feature will be revolutionary in the IVR space. He said in a statement, "Now, through the click of a button, customers have instant access to CallFire's array of IVR experts, whose in-depth knowledge of the IVR space can help customers design a dynamic, personalized phone experience without any IVR knowledge of their own."
Individuals need to have a CallFire account to access the new feature. There are no contracts, no setup fees or startup costs, however there is a low rate of 5 cents per minute with a simply 'pay as you go' plan.
