Gartner, Inc. Positions Moxie Software in 'Leaders' Quadrant for
Moxie Software, Inc. a social enterprise software company recently made the announcement that Gartner (News
- Alert), Inc. has positioned it in the "Leaders" quadrant of the 2011 "CRM Web Customer Service" report. Gartner identifies leaders among companies that "demonstrate market-defining vision and the ability to execute against that vision through products, services, demonstrable sales figures, and solid new references for multiple geographies and vertical industries.”
Among the characteristics of a Leader is the ability of the clients to look towards vendor for hints on how to improve in terms of customer service. The vendor, however, will not always need to encourage a customer towards a vendor lock-in. Instead, it provides them with the flexibility of an open ecosystem. What Leaders do is give out varied WCS suites where their own knowledgebase solution is given out as a part of the holistic offering. This offering can be used and supported internationally. It can also have a minimum of six of the seven WCS framework components as part of an OEM solution.
In a release, Tom Kelly, CEO of Moxie Software, said, "We believe Moxie Software's recognition by Garter as a leader in the CRM Web Customer Service market reconfirms the successful execution of our social enterprise vision, which drives better sales and service engagement between enterprises and their customers through any channel of choice. Moxie Software's social enterprise tools manage more than 270 million sales and services interactions per month for leading brands across the world."
There is a basis on which Gartner differentiates among the leaders of the 2011 WCS Magic Quadrant. They do this by highlighting, "Well-structured and strong knowledgebase with advanced search functionality that can handle both structured and unstructured data."
Moxie's Customer Spaces integrated knowledgebase, proactive Web chat solution as well as its collaborative browser functionality will help clients with intricate issues that form the core strengths of the solution.
Spaces by Moxie Applications aid organizations to strongly communicate and set up collaborations by bringing down barriers among employees, partners and customers. Spaces applications are inclusive of Employee Spaces. Supported by Web 2.0 collaborative tools, this is a unique way to get into "The Way People Work."
