SugarCRM Highlights the New Paradigm for Conducting Business

October 07, 2011

In keeping with the spirit of change on the business horizon, SugarCRM (News - Alert), claiming to be the world's fastest-growing Customer Relationship Management company, has sought to address this shift in business communication by holding The Social Business Roadshow with IBM (News - Alert) at the IBM Forum Milano on October 6, 2011.

The change in strategy was brought about by the impact that the social media networks was having on everything. With the eruption of social media on the communications horizon, the way customers interact and share information and the way they view the social media landscape evolved considerably.

As a result and as an offshoot of the rapid adoption of the social media, a new paradigm for doing business called Social Business has been created.

The Roadshow at Milano will provide a platform where SugarCRM, IBM and peers in the social CRM space will share ideas and exchange information as to how businesses can have a greater interactive experience with their customers.

Those who attend the Roadshow are expected to benefit from the vast experience of SugarCRM and IBM. They will get an opportunity to discover the social media channels that are frequented by customers and also be informed of how to make customer interaction more meaningful.

In addition, attendees will become more aware of how to build brand reputation and increase revenues by generating more avenues. SugarCRM and IBM's powers to improve social communication processes and how to capture customer data from social media in CRM will also be highlighted.

Participants can register for The Social Business Roadshow event in Milan at the website.
