Stallergenes Selects Veeva's Cloud-based CRM Solution to Support Its Global Sales Force

Stallergenes, European Biopharmaceutical Company, announced the selection of the Cloud-based CRM solution from Veeva, a provider of cloud-based CRM solution for pharmaceutical and biotech organizations, over its current on-premise systems. The company in its announcement also said that the move to the Veeva CRM solution will help in supporting its global sales force and its expanding international operations. 


In a release, Cyril Tavier, vice president, international operations at Stallergenes, said, "We needed a system that could support rapid growth across borders. Veeva's cloud-based solution is the gold standard in new, innovative technologies, allowing the high level of flexibility and scalability we need to support our expanding operations globally. Veeva is a perfect match for our company, and supports our mission as an industry innovator."

Stallergenes carried out careful evaluation before deciding upon the Veeva CRM solution. The decision to go with Veeva CRM was based on the proven effectiveness of the Veeva solution, which has been designed specifically to enhance customer targeting and to provide greater insight into customer behaviour while establishing a system of effective data coordination between the various marketing levels within an organization. Furthermore, the company will be providing users in the European markets with iRep, Veeva's iPad application which has been designed as an integrated CLM/CRM application for Apple's (News - Alert) iPad.

Thierry Grehaigne, vice president, information technologies at Stallergenes, said, "We wanted a single, comprehensive CRM solution that would be intuitive and easy to use for all users across regions and that could keep pace with changing technology. Veeva had it all."

Veeva reworked its CRM application to take advantage of the many capabilities of the iPad. The company has also included a closed loop marketing functionality which helps in establishing a system of collaborative strategizing and execution of sales and marketing resources. Organizations leveraging the Veeva CRM solution do not have to worry about installation and purchase of any hardware and software infrastructure and are provided with timely upgrades for their software.
