I.B.I.S. Teams with Scribe to Deploy its Online Integration Platform for CRM Online Practice

January 11, 2012

Business and technology service company I.B.I.S., Inc. is teaming with Scribe to adopt the Scribe Online Integration Platform for use in its Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM Online practice.

Scribe is a provider of cloud and on-premise data integration solutions. Scribe Online signifies the next generation in cloud integration platforms. Designed specifically to address today’s complex data integration challenges, Scribe Online is noted to be a cost effective platform for both its customers and partners.

"Scribe Online makes it possible to integrate the Upward Sports website and Microsoft Dynamics CRM among other applications, which simplifies and accelerates the registration and management of their youth sports league, wherever the teams are playing," David Humphreys, a director at I.B.I.S said in a press release.

"The Scribe Online integration platform is now a key component in our cloud strategy with Dynamics CRM 2011 Online. We're looking forward to using Scribe Online for other client projects and for internal deployments at I.B.I.S," Humphreys added.

As a strategic partner with Microsoft, I.B.I.S has been offering solutions for Enterprise Resource Planning/ERP, Customer Relationship Management/CRM, Business Intelligence, and Custom Development. Now in association with Scribe, I.B.I.S is helping its partners to collaborate their system seamlessly in the cloud.

Upward Sports, a reputed sports league for children, is said to be working with I.B.I.S. to automate and streamline its processes, using the Scribe Online Integration Platform to integrate the Upward Sports website with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and Microsoft Dynamics GP. Upward Sports is using Microsoft Dynamics solutions to reach its goal of having as many children participate in Upward Sports programs as possible.

As noted, Scribe will now integrate the information entered on the website Upward Sports uses to support its customers into Dynamics CRM and Dynamics GP and back again. I.B.I.S’ statement also revealed that their customers can sign up for training events through this same website with information automatically integrated throughout Upward Sports' systems by Scribe Online with the training tracked in CRM Online.

"Upward Sports is an example of the process improvement and business growth companies experience from working with Microsoft Dynamics partners such as I.B.I.S. and Scribe," said Lou Guercia (News - Alert), president and chief executive officer of Scribe.

I.B.I.S. also said that it has been using Scribe Insight to give I.B.I.S. sales complete visibility into their clients with critical service information such as contract coverage and renewal. I.B.I.S. plans to roll out Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online internally with Scribe Online Replication Service to provide backup and external reporting. Scribe Online RS is believed to significantly reduce time and resources spent by I.B.I.S. to access and report on cloud-based data, and allow I.B.I.S. to leverage its existing SQL Server Reporting Services reports.
