Global Connect Offers New Hosted Dialer Features
Hosted dialing and communication services provider Global Connect (News - Alert) has announced new capabilities its GC1 Peak Dialer, a cloud-based dialer with predictive dialer and automated voice messaging capabilities.
The new features include call blending, preview and manual dialing, sub-second direct connect, call recording with coach monitoring and supervisor “barge-in,” agent portal with real-time agent level reporting and monitoring, agent prioritization-based call routing, and automated inbound and outbound call pacing. The new features were added to help accounts receivable management (ARM (News
- Alert)) clients to boost efficiency and profits and ensure compliance.
The new features were designed to help ARM meet today's greater challenges in doing business, said Global Connect in a press release.
“As our clients' priorities and challenges change, Global Connect will adapt with new features and functionalities,” said Darrin Bird, executive vice president of Global Connect. “The new features we're launching today are powerful enough to meet and exceed the needs of virtually any call center.”
The GC1 Peak Dialer currently offers clients a number of enhanced dialing capabilities, including inbound and outbound call blending via the ACD, comprehensive call recording search and retrieval, cutting-edge “do not call” functionality to maintain compliance with internal, state and federal “do not call” legislation and the ability to allow agents to switch between predictive, preview and manual modes at one click.
Because the solution is hosted, says the company, contact centers can take advantage of its benefits with little to no upfront costs and fuss.
“Call centers can take advantage of all of these capabilities with no upfront fees, no long-term contracts, and no monthly maintenance or minimum usage requirements,” noted Bird. “They also have access to a 24-hour, 7-day-per-week, U.S.-based customer care center.”
