FIA Implements ACGI Software's SaaS Association Management Software

The Futures Industry Association or FIA has implemented ACGI Software’s SaaS (News - Alert) based association management system or AMS, Association Anywhere. The association management system will allow the global trade organization, FIA, to better manage and control its operations and also to provide its customers with a better overall experience.

In a release, Guy Sheetz, SVP, CFO and COO of the Futures Industry Association said, “For FIA, the path to greater success requires that we continually improve member service and the efficiency of our operations. This is why we’re excited about going live with Association Anywhere and taking advantage of the powerful data management and automation capabilities it delivers.”

FIA was able to decrease its initial costs for deployment and constant maintenance by implementing Association Anywhere as a completely hosted SaaS application. ACGI professionals located at ACGI’s Northern Virginia data center will supervise the software for FIA, thereby offering additional security and performance benefits.

The main data management functionality of Association Anywhere has been now expanded to include 40 strongly combined software components. Members, marketing, events, funds, publications, continuing education and coverage, e-commerce and Web self-service can be now supervised through these task-specific functionalities.

Back-office applications and websites can also be easily combined with Association Anywhere. FIA will be therefore able to manage relationships with and among members, divisions, chapters, partners, event sponsors, advertisers and customers through an extremely customizable environment.

In other news, ACGI Software recently announced that Kappa Delta Pi (KDP), an international honor society in education based in Indianapolis, has selected and completed an implementation of Association Anywhere, the company's Web-based association management system (AMS).

Supporting over 45,000 members and 582 chapters, the KDP deployment of Association Anywhere is integrated with the organization's website and Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics GP financial software, enabling online self-service and centralized data management, improving member service and organizational efficiency.
