CSDP Introduces SaaS-based Service Relationship Management Software Solutions
A new SaaS (News
- Alert)-based Service Relationship Management (SRM) suite of solutions will be introduced by Customer Service Delivery Platform Corporation (CSDP), in a webcast titled “2012 Service Delivery Automation Benchmark Results Webinar: How to stop revenue leakage & drive more revenue from services.”
In a release, Jerry Edinger, president and CEO of CSDP said that, “As more and more businesses move their software to the cloud because of its efficiency and lower cost of ownership, service organizations gain additional benefits by providing field service and customer support staff anytime, anywhere access to all the customer data they need.”
He continued, “CSDP's SaaS SRM solution offers enterprise business and customer intelligence by analyzing the appropriate data and processes to uncover inefficiencies, process improvements, and ways to increase customer satisfaction. Now companies can use this information to stop revenue leakage and under/over delivering service while maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.”
CSDP will be providing four cloud-based, SaaS solutions which include the SRM for Field Service designed to ensure that only service technicians skilled to handle a particular task are dispatched armed with the right information and parts. The SRM solution for Reverse Logistics can enhance operational efficiencies while bringing down costs in depot repair centers while ensuring enhanced inventory and parts management.
CSDP's SRM for Customer Support can meet the different kinds of service requests via comprehensive assignment logic for routing of service requests to the right person. The SRM solution for Service Warranty, Contracts, and Entitlement Management ensures faster access to information regarding the customer's entitlement status which includes under-contract, under-warranty, or out-of-coverage.
In other news from July 2011, CSDP announced that they have met all the criteria and earned the distinction to be certified as a “green business” by the Institute for Green Business Certification. CSDP was certified after a detailed audit of their U.S. business operations.
They expect to see a bottom line benefit as a result of their comprehensive “green” initiatives. This action demonstrates CSDP's total commitment to the environmental health and well-being of their community and the world.
