Transact Global Chooses the Drishti Solution for Increases in Call Center Productivity

November 16, 2012

By leveraging the right technologies to meet their business needs, Transact Global provides solutions to its customers. In the domestic BPO circuit, the company prides itself as bringing a rich vein of expertise and cost optimization. To streamline multiple campaigns and increase productivity, the outsourcing firm has now deployed AMEYO as its technology solution .

Its scalability quotient and its capability to provide quick turnaround time was yet another key parameter for selecting its solution. Companies mostly look to optimize costs and look for value inr money, as the CIM space moves from a hardware universe to a software universe. Over other competitors, Transact Global chose the Drishti solution.

"Domestic BPO space is highly competitive and Transact is known to provide reliable low cost solutions to clients across many verticals. It’s important to select a technology that’s versatile, reliable and which can bear the complex demands of our industry,” said Vishwanath, director of Technology at Transact Global, while speaking on the subject.

He added that, it finally zeroed in on AMEYO after experimenting with multiple service providers and freeware solutions, which did not match up to its expectations. Giving it the competitive advantage among the rest, not only is the software based platform extremely reliable, but it also supports quick time-bound implementations of new processes or changes.

Since it has multiple blended campaigns and processes with unique business dynamics and customized workflows, this was a key capability of AMEYO as a solution. Lastly, for adapting to its on-going needs, AMEYO now serves as its backbone technology.

For each of its multiple processes, Drishti provided Transact Global with unique IVR workflows. Different CRM were also customized based on the fact that it ran close to a score of processes which had disparate data and data that had to be unified for mapping purposes.
