Indosoft Expands Partner Program to Help Cloud Service Providers Launch Cloud Call Centers
Indosoft (News - Alert), a provider of cloud call center solutions, announced updates for its partner program for cloud service providers. The new program focuses on the needs of cloud providers who are pursuing opportunities in cloud contact center as a service.
As the cloud delivery model gains popularity in call centers, providers are keen to leverage this growing opportunity to deliver affordable services to customers. Cloud contact centers offer a number of benefits such as automatic call distribution (ACD), virtual PBX (News - Alert), virtual receptionist, unlimited extensions, and more.
Indosoft offers Q-Suite, a feature-rich and scalable multi-tenant call center software solution for Asterisk (News - Alert). The high availability (HA) system provides fault tolerance against different types of failures. The software runs on Asterisk, Linux, Apache, and MySQL and is ideal for multi-tenant Cloud services.
The new partner program is designed to simplify the jobs of cloud infrastructure providers planning to offer call center ACD, dialer and PBX services using Q-Suite.
Partners venturing into cloud call center businesses benefit from lower acquisition cost, on-going end-customer support and private labeling of the multi-tenant software, Indosoft said. Cloud services also offer benefits like doing away with capital costs, an on-demand technical work-force, and providing flexibility for on-demand growth to their customers.
The Asterisk-based cloud contact center solution from Indosoft, for example, offers full facility call center ACD services with features such as skills based routing, configurable IVR, queue priority, real-time wallboards, and detailed historical reporting.
Further the workflow feature in Q-Suite allows Dialer integration with CRM software for tracking lead conversions from acquisition to final sale. With its full feature PBX functionality and e-mail integration, the solution acts as a powerful unified communications system.
The Asterisk telephony platform provides the added flexibility required to set up a distributed VoIP infrastructure. Q-Suite also has the ability to scale to multiple Asterisk servers, Indosoft officials explained.
“With this new partnership, Indosoft will provide these benefits to Cloud service providers offering call center ACD, Dialer, and PBX functionality using Q-Suite’s multi-tenant capabilities,” said Gabe Bourque, CEO at Indosoft, in a statement.
