DecipherTech Launches Decipher for Salesforce.com

DecipherTech, a provider of on-demand business intelligence solutions for mid-sized businesses, has announced the launch of Decipher for Salesforce.com (News - Alert) (News - Alert) (DfS), an on-demand analytics solution to enhance the reporting provided by Salesforce.com.


 
Salesforce.com is a provider of on-demand customer relationship management (CRM) and cloud computing services to businesses. Their Web-based CRM solutions are used by companies to increase productivity, revenue growth and business intelligence.
 
In addition to using Salesforce.com data, Decipher for Salesforce.com also pulls data from a customer’s other systems (CRM, ERP, and legacy apps) and non-structured data sources (spreadsheets, text files, etc.) into a single dashboard.
 
DfS provides enterprises with better management of the sales pipeline-to-profitability (P2P) cycle by integrating sales activity tracking with product or service delivery and post-sales analysis. 
 
DfS also helps businesses to get the most value out of Salesforce.com. Thanks to its features, users have additional ways to analyze data from Salesforce.com and their other systems.
 
The Pipeline Analysis feature, for example, shows historical trending for improved budgeting and forecasting and enables real-time assessments so that opportunities can be prioritized or corrective action can be taken to fix those that are stuck or off-track.
 
The Order & Service Fulfillment feature provides visibility into order status and improves service to individual customers. It provides the necessary information required by management for making strategic decisions that reduce customer churn and can help sales people to choose the timing and approach for up/cross selling more appropriately.

Another feature, Post-sales Analysis, provides the win rate and cost information to help enhance company profits as well as provides profitability views by region, channel, customer, product and sales rep.
