Netage Solutions Upgrades Dynamo
August 21, 2009
Netage Solutions, a provider of customer relationship management (CRM) software and online reporting systems for the alternative assets industry, has announced the release of the second version of its Dynamo software with the addition of a new software-as-a-service (SaaS (News - Alert)) platform.
Officials said the new release is the second product update since the on-demand CRM solution was introduced in May 2009.
Dynamo version 6.0.2 facilitates more frequent product releases and the new Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform has made the upgrade process seamless for clients.
These enhancements will make it easier for clients to shape their product roadmap with a new Ideas Form right within Dynamo. All ideas and requests are automatically added to the list of enhancements being considered for future Dynamo releases.
“Many clients that requested features have seen them implemented in less than two months thanks to our new SaaS platform,” said Netage's CEO and co-founder Krassen Draganov. “This agility and responsiveness to client business needs is unsurpassed in the alternative assets industry.”
The latest edition of Dynamo supports Office 2003 in addition to Office 2007 and the Dynamo Mail Merge Wizard streamlines the process of creating and sending personalized correspondence using the Office applications. Also, its tight integration with Outlook enables rapid e-mail capture and intelligent linking to other Dynamo records.
The Dynamo Audit Trail also maintains a complete history of system changes, including when records were edited and by who, and a new roll-back feature allows users to select a change from the Audit Trail and restore the old value.
Netage officials say that in the SaaS environment, the Dynamo upgrade process is seamless and pain-free for clients because all the work is performed behind the scenes by Netage and automatically applied to each client's Dynamo deployment, with minimal IT involvement or disruption to end-users.
