Purple Heart Services, Concenex Train Disabled Veterans
October 28, 2009
Purple Heart Services, a subsidiary of the Military Order of the Purple Heart Service Foundation, has announced a training program for home-bound disabled veterans.
Purple Heart Services’ (News - Alert) home based, disabled veteran job training program successfully eliminates the cost points of other brick and mortar call center vendors while offering an employment opportunity to war heroes.
The new training module uses the unique software solutions of Concenex Montage Virtual PBX (News - Alert)/Call Center, to train these war heroes on how to offer customer service and technical support while working remotely from their own homes.
Offered by the Veterans Vocational Technical Institute or “Vet-Tech,” this new training program is supported by the Educational Partners Full Sail University, University of Michigan Flint, LA Film School and the Veteran Administration’s Vocational Rehabilitation Program (Chapter 31 VR&E).
The Vet-Tech Program was founded in 2006 and provides unified business communications solutions, enterprise IP telephony, enterprise messaging, and call center / contact center / service desk solutions.
Concenex is a provider of packaged, integrated contact center on-demand solutions. Their unified platform can help companies to optimize efficiency, increase revenue and lower costs.
Earlier this year, the company signed a 3 year agreement with Direct Response Marketing Concepts. The contract includes up to 100 hosted concurrent client licenses of Montage, the company’s unified customer interaction and communications solution for use in their Beverly, MA location.
