CIMCO Communications Adds New IP Talk Hosted Contact Center Application

CIMCO Communications, Inc., a global provider of data and voice solutions, has released its new IP Talk Hosted Contact Center.
The new network based integrated telephony and automatic contact distribution solution is designed to help small and medium businesses use technology that, once upon a time, was only available to larger contact center customers.
The affordable hosted VoIP Contact Center Solution of CIMCO provides advanced reporting, ACD manipulation and computer telephony integration.
It is combined with the remote office and business continuity features of CIMCO’s IP Talk Hosted telephony services that help customers to receive a flexible and reliable solution for their contact center needs.
By offering Web-based administration, CIMCO’s IP Talk Hosted Contact Center gives the customer the flexibility to change ACD settings from any location. It further offers the supervisors and agents of contact centers the ability to perform multiple tasks easily, view and handle calls in queue effectively. Also, the real-time reporting is provided to better equip the supervisors with productivity and call resolution information.
