OnState Solutions Now Available Through Google Apps Marketplace

March 11, 2010
OnState Communications, a provider of on-demand virtual call center and virtual PBX (News - Alert) business communications solutions, has made its solutions available through the Google (News - Alert) Apps Marketplace, Google's newly launched online storefront for Google Apps products and services.

“Like Google, OnState is committed to bringing the power and convenience of cloud computing to business customers,” said Pat Kelly, CEO of OnState (News - Alert). “By adding our virtual call center and virtual PBX solutions to the Google Apps Marketplace, we enable a business of any size and in any industry to enjoy enterprise-class collaboration capabilities without the expense or hassles of a conventional premise-based solution.”

OnState claims that it’s virtual call center and virtual PBX applications allows businesses to leverage the rich communications and collaboration capabilities of Google Apps for use within the company and with customers. Google Apps brings simple, powerful communication and collaboration tools to organizations. With Google Apps, users can use applications such as Gmail webmail service, Google Talk instant messaging service, Google Calendar calendaring service, Google Docs program, Google Sites web application, and Google Video for business on their own domain.

“We are very excited to have OnState in the Google Apps Marketplace,” adds Scott McMullan, Google Apps Partner Lead for Google Enterprise.

“Through the Google Apps Marketplace, software vendors like OnState are helping us build a rich ecosystem of integrated apps that work with Google Apps, allowing IT administrators to leverage the benefits of cloud computing for more of their business needs. We are happy to offer OnState to our rapidly growing Google Apps customer base,” McMullan added.

The Google Apps Marketplace makes it easy for more than 2 million Google Apps customers to discover, purchase and deploy integrated business applications and related professional services. By integrating with user account and application data stored in Google Apps, these cloud applications provide a simpler user experience, increase business efficiency, and reduce administrative overhead.

OnState is also hosting a webinar on March 30th, to further describe its call center and PBX solutions for Google Apps.
