A Platform Based Multi-Tenant HR Service Delivery Solution, Republic launched by Caliber Point

The launch of Republic, multi-tenant HR services delivery solution was announced by Caliber Point Business Solutions Ltd and a Hexaware Technologies subsidiary. This ready to use platform is built on the Oracle (News - Alert) E-Business Suite Release 12, it will cater to multiple clients under a secure and shared environment. After this launch Caliber Point will be identified as one of the first BPO service providers in India and one of the few in the world that will provide a complete platform-based BPO service.

Republic is hosted and maintained by Caliber Point. It comes with a user-friendly and secure HR Portal which significantly reduces the investment required for achieving HR transformation within an organization. HR professionals can dedicate more time to strategic HR tasks, as Republic will lower the deployment time and is also easy to implement.

Lowell Williams, Executive Director of Global Human Resources Services at EquaTerra, a global sourcing advisory firm says that as Republic is based on Oracle, it will be a strong brand entry into the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS (News - Alert)) segment coupled with BPO offerings. He added that a multi-tenancy platform which allows a degree of client-specific configuration will be an exclusive yet justifiable offering in the market, as this level of flexibility is not found in many other products in the marketplace.

R U Srinivas, CEO, Caliber Point says that Caliber Point being a leader in the HRO segment, and with proven expertise, the company's offering with Republic will serve organizations globally. He added that the management is confident confident to get the early mover's advantage with Republic, as it will greatly enhance the company's overall HRO delivery capability.

Tibor Beles, vice president of business process outsourcing for Oracle says that Republic is an endearing combination of Oracle's state-of-the-art software and Caliber Point's HR process excellence. The challenging demands of mid-sized enterprises are addressed by Republic. He added that both Oracle and Caliber Point's customers will benefit from the unprecedented economy of scale created by the multi-tenant environment in Republic. Republic will effectively enforce a degree of standardization, which will not only enable reduction in implementation and maintenance costs, but also accelerate new customer on-boarding and bring in frequent innovations.
