Veeva Systems Launches Simple and Cost Effective and Life Science Industry's First SaaS CRM Application Network

Veeva Systems has been providing multi-tenant SaaS (News - Alert)-based solutions for the global life sciences industry. Veeva boasts of an impressive clientele comprising of some of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies. In addition to that, thousands of users in emerging biotech sector use Veeva solutions for commercializing their first products. Veeva Systems is currently holding its 2nd Annual Customer Summit, where it unveiled the first SaaS CRM application network for life sciences companies.


Veeva Systems has forged strategic partnership with VeevaWeb and the alliance enables Veeva CRM customers to easily extend the use and reach of their multi-tenant SaaS CRM systems without the typical system integration complexities or corresponding costs. With Veeva Web, customers can integrate with a pre-screened network of relevant life sciences applications at no extra cost.

With Veeva solution, the customers will be able to save costs in two ways. On the other hand it would allow the customers save up-front and on the other hand, they would be able to save over the life of the system with ongoing support and maintenance of the integrations provided by Veeva Systems and its partners.

When it comes to the selection of partners, Veeva Web is rather choosy. It accepts as partners only those who have earned reputation for their best-of-breed application components that can prove useful for a pharmaceutical company's complete commercial infrastructure.

Currently, Veeva Web partners cover three areas - closed loop marketing, territory management, and sample distribution/accountability. In the future, Veeva customers will be able to pick from a wide menu of complementary, highly relevant integrated life sciences applications.

Veeva Web has recently expanded its partnership by including in its fold, Exploria SPS, QPharma and TerrAlign. As a member of Veeva Web, each partner offers unique solutions that are now seamlessly integrated to Veeva CRM.
