SysAid Technologies Releases SysAid IT Mobile, New iPhone Helpdesk Application

A new iPhone Helpdesk Application, SysAid (News - Alert) IT Mobile, has been launched by SysAid Technologies Ltd., a premier global provider of help desk software solutions and Customer Service Support software.
IT professionals, through the application, can easily manage all helpdesk services on the go.

By the end of 2010, SysAid plans to introduce applications for Blackberry and Android (News - Alert).
