StarTek Recognized with the Best Outsourced Provider Award

The award for the Best Outsourced Provider from the 2010 Call Center Excellence Awards has been won by StarTek.  

 
On June 16, 2010, at the 11th annual IQPC (News - Alert) Call Center Week Conference in Las Vegas, the awards were announced. The entrants were evaluated on their ability to deliver a superior customer experience, by a panel of call center experts and leaders assembled by IQPC.
 
"This was a great win for us," Mary Beth Loesch, SVP of business development for StarTek, said. "Our competition for the award was some of the top outsourcers in the world so a first place finish is even more of an accomplishment."
 
To honor, recognize and promote the most innovative call center solutions and individuals over the past year, the 2010 Call Center Excellence Awards program was created by IQPC. The Call Center Excellence Awards, with Awards given in eight categories, are dedicated to recognizing superior thinking, creativity and execution across the full spectrum of call center functions.
