M800 and Converged Solutions Offer Virtual Call Center Solution

M800 Limited, a company operating an intelligent international toll-free platform and connecting with most of the world's major telecommunications carriers, has announced a partnership with Converged Solutions, a provider of a Call Center Software-as-a-Service in Asia via its flagship Orchestra IP Call Centre.

This partnership is a first between M800 Limited and Converged Solutions and demonstrates the ability of Converged Solutions’ All-Touch platform to use M800’s voice quality.

 The partnership is also a main reason Converged is guaranteeing service levels to assure their clients don’t have to be concerned about call quality wherever they are located.

The All-Touch platform is perfect for businesses operating in the fast-changing market conditions of today as it offers a wide coverage solution that removes complexity and cost.

Michael Koh, director of Converged Solutions, said that the true capabilities of their Orchestra platform are being realized via the extensive global network reach of M800.

According to Koh, their clients can now deal with the huge potential of the global market, counting China and Pacific, via the company’s new All-Touch offering strengthened by M800's comprehensive connectivity and range of business voice services.
