NTRglobal Develops SaaS to Resolve Technical Issues on Remote Computers
NTRglobal has announced the development of SaaS (News - Alert) to troubleshoot technical support issues on remote computers located at stores.
The company is a provider of on-demand IT automation and remote support software including NTRsupport, NTRadmin and NTRconnect and provides individuals, small and mid-sized businesses, and large enterprises with scalable and secure remote access, support and system management solutions.
With the help of the company’s remote support and system management, businesses with distributed locations can reduce costs associated with IT troubleshooting while delivering problem resolution and uptime, said company officials.
Also, NTRsupport enables IT to reach across the Web to establish secure remote support sessions. Company officials said that customers can experience support without having to go through multiple calls to diagnose problems, and also onsite visits and downtime are eliminated.
“IT Service and Support Cloud solutions from NTRglobal offer capabilities for businesses to deliver a customer experience while lowering support costs and increasing productivity for both the business and its customers,” said Gilles Samoun, CEO at NTRglobal.
The company offers a platform to deliver proactive system administration and remote support that integrate into any enterprise application, including ERP, CRM, HR, accounting and helpdesk ticketing, Samoun said.
Last month, NTRglobal raised $34 million in investments for the expansion of its SaaS technology. Apart from the existing investors DEBAEQUE and ELAIA Partners, new investors Kennet Partners and Atlas Venture participated in the financing round.
