Convergys Adds New Tools to Its Relationship Technology Management Channel Partner Program

Convergys Corporation, a dealer in relationship management, has stated that they have enhanced their Relationship Technology Management channel partner program with new tools and enabling their partners to access new training discounts, sales tools, co-marketing programs, and demo systems.


Convergys (News - Alert) has standardized its technical training discounts to move all Relationship Technology Management resellers toward a more comprehensive technical portfolio of Intelligent Automation. Partners access a library of on-demand courses, including both a technical and sales training curriculum in addition to the technical training discounts. Convergys has also launched Sales Boot Camps to lead Relationship Technology Management partners through an in-depth study of its Intelligent Automation solutions.

The company has stated that it has restored its sales and marketing hub to include 300% more information. The new Relationship Technology Management partner repository houses a competitive communicator, market landscape analysis, price change notifications, and a range of sales positioning, discovery, and ROI tools. 

Relationship Technology Management partners who took participated in the program have received the latest license release of Intelligent Automation, as well as complete technical documentation, access to the troubleshooting knowledgebase, and on-call installation support. 

These new enhancements are already in place and are available to all solution providers globally that have signed a Relationship Technology Management reseller agreement with Convergys.

President of Relationship Technology Management at Convergys, Mike Betzer (News - Alert) has stated that these enhancements to their partner program have been exceptionally well received by their global partner community. They are planning to continue to enlarge their offering to strengthen the vendor/partner relationship, with an eye towards building long term loyalty.
