Nuance Communications Contracts Ventrica to Promote its Products
Ventrica, an outsourced contact center and BPO business that offers a full range of high-quality, professional outsourced services at sensible costs, has been contracted by Nuance (News - Alert) Communications to supply business-to-consumer and business-to-business lead generation services.
Nuance Communications, a global technology software giant, reputed for its Dragon NaturallySpeaking PC-based speech recognition software, said it chose Ventrica since it provides niche, high quality customer contact services with a high level of commitment.
Steven Steenhaut, Nuance’s senior MD, said the company looked at a number of outsourcers, but were convinced by Ventrica’s professionalism and expertise in both the B2C and B2B environments and were also impressed with its quality and consistency of service delivery.
Steenhaut further added that the telemarketing campaign would coincide with a number of digital marketing initiatives as well as its latest “Stop Typing. Start Living” TV advertising for the Dragon range, currently appearing on Sky TV.
Elaborating on the role that the outsourced contact center would play, he said that Ventrica would also work on a number of B2B campaigns both in the UK and France, generating qualified sales appointments amongst new and existing customers for a wide range of Nuance products including the Dragon software.
Streethaut explained that Ventrica was also expected to promote the benefits of Nuance's PDF business tools that compete against companies such as Adobe, as it was primarily targeting businesses who used PDF creation, conversion and editing software. Thus, he expected companies to make significant annual savings by switching from Adobe to Nuance's suite of products.
Expressing tremendous confidence, he said that Ventrica possessed the capability, the flexibility and the scalability that businesses required, and with the highly experienced staff and the latest multimedia technology, there was no reason why the venture would not succeed.
Continuing in the same vein, Streethaut said that Ventrica could support all types of campaigns from handling the response to a one-off advertising campaign, through to providing a professional and experienced telemarketing team to boost sales or a fully managed customer service center.
