Shiftboard Announces a Partnership Program

Shiftboard has launched a new partnership program for technology providers, value-added resellers (VARs) and system integrators, who need a cloud-based scheduling solution.


A Web standards-based Shiftboard API makes it easy for software innovators to directly tap into real-time Shiftboard transactions and data. Adding new work-flows, content feeds, or scheduling functionality to their product is now easier.

While expanding the unique software to new industries, the partnership program is designed to facilitate a relationship between software developers, technology service providers and Shiftboard's scheduling solution. Partners can choose to offer custom branded versions of Shiftboard's flexible platform, or create an all-new, fully customizable white-label product to suit their individual needs, the company has announced in a press release.

“For the last eight years, we have worked nonstop to develop the most reliable and dynamic workforce management solution on the market. Today, our ecosystem spans multiple markets and we are inviting others to reap the benefits," said Bryan Lhuillier, chief product officer at Shiftboard, in a press release. "Together, we can offer the best products and services to successfully satisfy the needs of business across varied industries.”

The developers and Web content publishers can broaden their product footprint with the help of this Software Partner program. By combining real-time scheduling, workforce and service management functionality with the product, manufacturers can differentiate their product line. Products can reach the market faster, with less risk, and a smaller development budget working with a proven system, the company claims. Also, the Technology Provider Partner program allows service providers to support a fully integrated workforce scheduling and personnel data system.

Recently, the company launched a new scheduling solution intended to satisfy the dynamic needs of the call center industry. The vital features of Shiftboard's scheduling software such as self-service scheduling are added in the solution. This enables call centers to have coverage 24/7 in order to satisfy call demand across various continents. Shiftboard's call center scheduling solution was built to meet the needs of the call center industry.
