Ryla Starts Hiring for 400 Customer Service Jobs Soon
In order to handle increasing customer service needs, Ryla announced 400 new job openings to cater to the service requirements of one of Ryla’s clients. A subsidiary of California-based Alorica, Inc., a global leader in delivering BPO customer contact management solutions, Ryla will set up the new call center at its parent company’s existing Clovis, Calif., call center facility.
The induction is intended at providing customer support service to a Fortune 50 company. The latest hiring process, which will add at least 400 new professionals to the Clovis community, is set to start very soon.

Besides the customer service positions, the Georgia-based company is also in the process of filling supervisory and support staff positions. Ryla, which delivers a range of customized customer contact services, including inbound customer care, tech support, outbound data collection, automated messaging and retention programs amongst the others, does no telemarketing.
To grab the fresh job opportunities with Ryla, job seekers can attend a job fair scheduled at 170 West Shaw Ave., Clovis, CA (News - Alert) 93612. The schedule is as follows:
- Monday, Oct. 18: 9 to 4
- Tuesday, Oct. 19: 9 to 7
- Wednesday, Oct. 20: 9 to 4
- Thursday, Oct. 21: 9 to 7
- Friday, Oct. 22: 9 to 4
- Monday, Oct. 25: 9 to 4
- Tuesday, Oct. 26: 9 to 7

Job seekers are required to bring two forms of government issued identification and a copy of their updated resume. The selection will be made on the basis of tests and interviews, which will be held at the venue. Therefore, the applicants are advised to be prepared for the same. Many positions begin on Nov. 1.
Positions available with Ryla include customer service representatives; supervisors; assistant directors; quality assurance representatives; trainers and training assistants; and work force management personnel.
