Phoenix Customer Support Center Strengthened by Consumer Cellular

Consumer Cellular is the exclusive wireless provider for AARP members. The company recently hired two new team members to drive the growth of its Phoenix customer support center.

John Kabella has been hired as support center manager. Kabella comes with over 20-years of experience leading customer service centers for the Vanguard Group and the College Loan Corporation. With this new role, Kabella will be responsible for managing all operations of Consumer Cellular’s Phoenix location which includes the review and implementation of service center policies and procedures, as well as the development and monitoring of service volume and timeliness.

Christopher Cahall joins Consumer Cellular as the company’s Phoenix-based recruiter. With this new role, Cahall will be responsible for recruiting and hiring talented customer service professionals to expand the company’s local operations. Cahall has more than five years of recruitment and Human Resources experience.

The employees at Consumer Cellular’s Phoenix location provide sales and support services for the company’s wireless customers. In June, the location was opened having a staff count of 24, which has since grown to a team of 100.
