Customer Effective CRM User Conference Gets Excellent Response

Customer Effective Inc. has recently hosted its third annual user conference in Greenville, South Carolina. The event, which involved participation of more than 145 professionals from industries like financial services, manufacturing, professional services, transportation, technology and more, was Westin Poinsett.


Microsoft (News - Alert) General Manager Jamie Tozzi outlined the launch of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 in his keynote address during the conference. With various live demonstrations and a hands-on software lab, the attendees were able to preview access to the new product features and capabilities in real time.

"Customer Effective has hit the mark with their annual CRM conference," states Jamie Tozzi, general manager, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, in a statement. "By building a community for existing and prospective customers to learn CRM best practices from not only the Customer Effective team, but also from one another through customer presentations and networking"

The 2010 User Conference also recognized eight customers with following eigth awards for their CRM success:

•           Sales Automation Project of the Year – US Xpress Enterprises 
•           CRM Advocate of the Year – Mike Craft, AgFirst Farm Credit Bank 
•           Marketing Automation Project of the Year – Volvo Construction Equipment 
•           Enterprise CRM Project of the Year – Nucor Steel 
•           xRM Project of the Year – Comag Marketing Group 
•           Most Innovative CRM Project in Banking – First Horizon/Terranova Group 
•           Most Innovative CRM Project in Insurance – Munich Re 
•           Most Innovative CRM Project in Capital Markets – Tradestation Securities

“Munich Re is honored to receive the ‘Most Innovative CRM Project in Insurance’ award,” states Steve Naish, vice president, Information Technology Services, in a press release. “Our Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation is a business customer facing initiative that is key to our organization’s success. The collective Munich Re and Customer Effective project team deserves all of the credit. The team worked well together to deliver impressive results within an aggressive implementation schedule.”

“For the third year in a row, our User Conference was a huge success,” said Scott.

Millwood, CEO of the customer effective division, said, “Our goal over the two days is to provide the time and the venue for our customers to interact with one another and share their stories and ideas on how to best leverage Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This year, we were also able to highlight the upcoming release of CRM 2011 and really let our customers see what the future of CRM has in store through live demos and presentations.”
