Gryphon Networks Releases Web Services API
Gryphon Networks introduced Version 3.0 of its Web Services API toolkit, which allows the users to integrate Gryphon’s patented Opt-in/Opt-out preference management and “Do-Not-Contact” technologies into existing enterprise marketing workflows.
With the help of API toolkit, users integrate directly into Gryphon’s consumer contact preference center engine. While this respects customers’ and prospects’ contact preferences, it also provides a cost-effective way to optimize their Opt-in/Opt-out processes. It allows customers to increase their response and conversion rates by as much as 20 percent, and centrally manage customer preferences across all marketing channels and lines of business.
Gryphon Networks has been providing clients with Do Not Contact compliance solutions for more than a decade. Main Street is the company’s real-time Contact Governance application delivery platform that serves as a hub of communications between the company and its prospects and customers.
“This will allow other marketing firms to incorporate Gryphon’s contact preference and compliance Opt-in/Opt-out services into their own business offerings,” said Robert Hadden, Gryphon Network’s vice president of business development, in a press release. “Marketing firms are always looking for additional service offerings for their clients, and compliance and consumer preference are relevant in today’s regulatory environment.”
Companies that market to consumers via multiple channels will now have the ability to tap directly into the industry’s most robust contact compliance platform. By curbing over-suppression by leveraging legal exemptions, consumer consent and established business relationships, these new services increase a company’s marketable universe. They also offer a fully-integrated rules engine encompassing phone, e-mail, SMS text and fax across all jurisdictions, the company stated.
Recently, the company announced that its PrivacyAdvisor for Oracle (News - Alert) CRM On Demand 3.2 solution has achieved Oracle Validated Integration with Oracle CRM On Demand Release 16. PrivacyAdvisor from Gryphon Networks integrates with Oracle CRM On Demand to help Gryphon Networks deliver 100 percent compliance in real time across all channels by offering a universal visual reference that identifies which prospects are “OK to Contact.”
