Global Bilgi Does Turkcell Proud with Best Performer Award

It provides them with voice and data packages depending upon their usage and allows them to benefit from unique services related to their business.
ContactCenterWorld.com, one of the leading organizations in the call center sector, organizes the global finals contest "2010 Top Ranking Performers" in order to determine the best in the sector. Annually, a two stage contest is held separating the world into three regions on the basis of continent.
In the first stage, the best call centers are determined by continent. These call centers then compete in nine different categories for 'best in the world' at the global finals. More than 1,000 companies participate in this event, which is regarded as highly prestigious.
Global Bilgi CEO, Bahadir Pekkan, said in a press release that they were extremely proud and honored to have been listed among the best call centers in the world. The project that had won so much of acclaim was directed to ease the business lives of its customers, and enhance their experience through customer services with free and private numbers, SMS packages, Web assistant services, mobile information banks, special discounts from branded companies and other services that would maximize customer satisfaction and service quality.
