CO-OP Member Center Offers Outbound Call Services Supporting Credit Union Members
CO-OP Member Center plans to provide outbound call services to help credit unions with a variety of member services, including but not limited to, proactively capturing lending opportunities and supporting marketing campaigns.
Chief Operating Officer of CO-OP Member Center, Mark Chatfield, believes that outbound calling is a natural way for credit unions to grow their lending business. The CO-OP Member Center strategically offers two types of outbound call services: Outbound Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and Live Agent Calling.
Chatfield commented, “In addition, today credit unions need to be the first with a value proposition to their members, because they are always in jeopardy of going to another lender.” Implementing the CO-OP Member Center’s offerings, which include services such as sales, new member orientation, auto loan recapture, pre-screened lending, and more, members may be deterred from going to another lender.
Amplify Federal Credit Union of Austin, Texas, for instance, generated nearly $1 million using CO-OP Member Center, which helped in supporting its lending program. “CO-OP Member Center is an economic staffing solution that lets us maximize our member outreach, and the outbound calling agents are a wonderful extension of the Amplify family,” said Cindy Twilla, relationship development specialist for Amplify FCU, in a statement.
The benefits of using CO-OP Member Center for outbound calling include cost-effectiveness and speed. “By outsourcing this task to CO-OP Member Center, credit unions have a dedicated, variable cost solution in which you are only paying for what you need when you need it,” said Chatfield.
CO-OP Member Center offers a wide range of lending and member services, along with its outbound call services. It services nearly 300 credit unions, and in September CO-OP Member Center processed loan application number four million. Based in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., CO-OP Financial Services is the industry leader in access and convenience products for credit unions.
