AtTask Deploys ForsevaTRM to Manage Collections Efforts
AtTask deployed ForsevaTRM to manage its collections efforts, announced Forseva, the leader in CRM-enabled credit and collections management software delivered as a service. The company claimed that the major factor behind its selection is its comprehensive collections management features and native compatibility with the Salesforce.com (News - Alert) platform. Both the companies expect quite a lot from this association.
"Having one integrated solution for my sales, credit and collections staff allows my team to seamlessly work together to manage customer relationships more effectively. With all the collection activity residing on the force.com platform, we benefit from more accurate cash forecasting, better collection coverage, reporting and administration,” said Jean Acheson, controller of AtTask, in a press release. “ForsevaTRM is a solid addition to the Salesforce.com CRM environment for our company, because we sell on credit terms and need to manage our collections activities and resolve payment disputes more effectively."
"AtTask is taking full advantage of the Salesforce.com ecosystem to improve efficiencies across their organization," said Jeff Parisi, VP of Sales at Forseva, in a press release. "Integrating departmental applications has traditionally been a time-consuming and expensive project. Credit and collections management are natural extensions to the CRM environment so we chose to build ForsevaTRM as a native module for the Salesforce.com platform to eliminate the integration hassles. Available on the AppExchange, installing ForsevaTRM is as easy as downloading an application to your iPhone (News - Alert) allowing our customers to focus on improving their business processes versus integrating products."
AtTask is instrumental in increasing workplace harmony by enfranchising workers and informing executives through its social Work Management software which gives people at all levels of the organization tools to help them better understand and organize their work. The company serves over 1,000 organizations of all sizes, including Apple, Cisco, GE, Google (News - Alert), HBO, Johnson & Johnson, Newsweek, Nike, Toyota and Whirlpool.
