Contour Technology Selects OrderMotion D2C Management Platform

OrderMotion, a provider of Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Campaign and Order Management Platform announced a new client. In a press release, this Burlington, Mass.-based company announced that globally renowned fitness product company, Contour Technology, LLC, selected OrderMotion D2C platform to process and manage all order and customer data generating from its direct response television (DRTV) advertising campaigns.

Minneapolis, Minn.-based Contour Technology is a leading provider of OTC medical devices. A familiar name in the fitness products industry, Contour specializes in the designing, manufacturing and marketing of innovative electronic muscle stimulators (EMS) that consumers use for strengthening and toning muscles.

The Contour products also allow the users to work out more efficiently and improve sports performance. In addition they offer a variety of solutions for age-related ailments. Contour electronic muscle stimulators are FDA cleared for the specific purpose of toning, strengthening and firming healthy muscles.

In a press release, Contour announced that the company will be leveraging OrderMotion technology to optimize the entire business process from customer acquisition through retention.

The cutting edge OrderMotion campaign management platform gives Contour a significant marketing and operational advantage as they continue to aggressively promote one of the best products in the direct response industry,” said OrderMotion CEO, Marty Fahey, in a statement.

“We selected Order Motion because of its reporting capability that is specifically modeled for the DR business. We like the fact that it is vendor agnostic; we can easily test various vendors by having them integrate directly with the OrderMotion platform instead of our IT,” said Contour Technology COO, Michael Esson, in a statement.

Few months back, OrderMotion forged a strategic alliance with Magento, Inc., the global ecommerce platform provider. It also released the extension of OrderMotion platform. Through the extension, Magento merchants have the ability to access a wide range of OrderMotion tools and features, such as comprehensive inventory management, complete order lifecycle status including continuity and multi-pay, PCI (News - Alert) compliant payment processing and more.
