Outbound Call Center: US Cellular Wins Award for Customer Value Enhancement
Frost & Sullivan’s 2010 Customer Value Enhancement of the Year Award from North America has been awarded to The Belief Project from U.S. Cellular (News - Alert). Only when a company is deemed worthy of the honor, this award has been presented by Frost & Sullivan. An industry game-changer also needs to be developed by a company to win this award.
Consumers’ common frustrations with wireless are addressed with a series of initiatives in the form of The Belief Project. This project was launched by U.S. Cellular on Oct. 1. These initiatives also help to elevate the customer experience. A non-contractual human relationship is therefore created.
In a press release, Alan D. Ferber, executive vice president of operations for U.S. Cellular, said, "At U.S. Cellular, focusing on customers is our first priority, and we are pleased to be recognized by Frost & Sullivan (News - Alert) for the way we do business. The Belief Project is about doing the right thing for customers. We want them to know that on top of offering a high-quality, nationwide high-speed network and a wide selection of the latest cutting-edge phones, we're always looking out for them and believe customers deserve to be rewarded for their loyalty."
A company demonstrating excellence in implementing strategies is presented the Frost & Sullivan Award for Customer Value Enhancement. Value for its customers is proactively created with these strategies. The company's focus on enhancing the value that its customers receive is also recognized. This will result into improved customer retention.
National bundled rate plans are featured by The Belief Project. Without signing continuous contracts, customers will have the freedom to enjoy the top benefits of the industry. Valuable rewards are given by U.S. Cellular to customers.
The industry's only Phone (News - Alert) Replacement program is also included in The Belief Project. U.S. Cellular replaces a customer’s phone for free if the phone accidentally breaks or stops working. The replaced phone will be either the same or similar model.
In a release, Brent Iadarola, Mobile and Wireless research director for Frost & Sullivan said, "Based on our research, we think The Belief Project is likely to ignite a long overdue paradigm shift in the U.S. wireless market by transforming the traditional model of contracts to a no-contract, rewards-based structure."
