Promocall Contributes to Charity Through Monthly Draw

Pormocall, a leading U.K.-based call center, has recently announced that the company is launching a monthly draw in partnership with its offshore partner in Tangier, Morocco. The winner will receive 40 hours of free outbound telemarketing for any project of their choice.


The prize can be valued at approximately $900. Morocco Call Centers employ more than 50,000 members and serves most of the major multinational companies. Depending on the complexity of the assignment, the number of outsourced workers required, and the length of any proposed contract call center costs in Morocco can range from 40 percent to as low as 25 percent of the charges made by a typical U.K. call center.

The monthly draw has been devised to help WaterAid, a charity foundation that works in 26 of the poorest countries around the world. According to the rules of the draw, the monthly winner is required to contribute $75 as donation towards WaterAid, while Promocall will donate $150. Promocall hopes to help WaterAid by accumulating an amount of $900 in order to save lives and help to eradicate many of the diseases that come from drinking or cooking with dirty water.

The Draw has been set for an initial six months at a contribution of $150 per month. The monthly competition is open to any business or organisation that is in need for outbound or inbound calling. Existing clients of Promocall will be automatically entered in each month’s draw and others may also enter by simply registering their details at the company’s website.

Promocall is an arm of the NNContactCenters which is a Tangier based large multinational call center and specializes in hiring of English speaking teleworkers, many of whom are originally from the UK and are thus familiar with the country and its customs. Promocall is in severe competition with its Asian counterparts and saves up to 80 percent of the costs on longer term contracts.
