Cell-CRM.com Offers Free CRM Software
No doubt ‘customer relationship management’ has been a seductively attractive concept to discuss among trendsetters, organizations and customers.
With the development of durable customer relationships and offering strategies to increase the satisfaction level of customers, start-up Cell-CRM.com is now offering free CRM (customer relationship management) software. Cell CRM has no built-in limits on the number of users, customers, or contacts and users may schedule activities for other persons in their user group.
Cell CRM deploys easily, the company said. Simply upload it to the Web and it's ready for use. The administration area provides for configuration. Organizations and contacts import from a spreadsheet. A report identifies potential duplicate organization records.
According to a press release, Cell CRM offers three versions at log in. Two options are optimized for conventional cell phones with Web browsers. The third, the full version, requires a Javascript-enabled browser in a smart phone or on a computer. Authorized users can export a query to a spreadsheet for e-mail and snail-mail campaigns.
Both telephone-dialing URI schemes are supported, Tel and Callto. Cell phones and computers dial the number of a clicked link. International telephone numbers are supported.
Included sample information allows testers to begin to evaluation of the CRM software right away. Instructions are in the program and on the website.
Cell-CRM.com offers a number of optional services: set-up assistance, data import, software enhancements and hosting.
In today's highly changeable economic and market climate, the introduction of free CRM software can be beneficial for the many small and medium-sized enterprises in boosting the satisfaction level of customers.
