Marketing Architects Selects Verifi To Enhance Direct Response Merchants' Customer Acquisition
Verifi, a Software-as-a-Service-based global electronic payment and risk management solutions provider, and Marketing Architects, an outsourced sales and marketing services provider, has jointly announced the selection of Verifi's payment gateway by Marketing Architects targeting enhanced customer conversion for its direct response merchant clients. The integration of Marketing Architects’ proprietary IVR platform, Vocé, with Verifi's payment gateway would tremendously support customer evaluation while also contributing towards quality enhancement of the acquired customers for their merchants.
In a release, Jeff Clement, chief solution officer of Marketing Architects, said that “Our focus is on increasing the quantity and quality of customers for our direct response merchant clients. One way we do this is through the integration of world-class technology solutions like Verifi into our platform. Fraud is definitely a challenge for direct response merchants, and so we're excited to provide them with enhanced payment and risk management capabilities.”
Marketing Architects has accomplished in serving innovation aspiring direct response merchants with outsourced marketing and sales services since 1997, with its main focus on direct response TV and radio marketing. They also offer web and telephone based sales orders processing for their clients, the quality of which would considerably improve with its integration with Verifi, whereby more efficient processing of sales orders would be made possible in addition to enabling instantaneous detection of potentially counterfeit transactions before process completion.

The partnership between Verifi and Marketing Architects is being admired by all direct response merchants leveraging their solutions. In a release, Thomas Shipley, co-founder and co-CEO of Atlantic Coast Media Group, a provider of high-quality beauty brands, said that “We're leveraging the integrated Verifi/Marketing Architects solution to strategically and profitably grow our business.”
